| confidence | number | Overall confidence score for this entity's data (0.0 = no confidence, 1.0 = fully verified) | |
| humanVerdict | enum | Human review verdict on AI-generated or imported data | |
| importSourceId | string | References importSources[].id on the root document — identifies which import source produced this entity's data. Plain string, not UUID | |
| rejectionReason | string | Reason for rejecting or modifying data | |
